Looking to elevate your glassware

Diversity, equity, and inclusion

As a small business owner who identifies within the LGBTQIA+ community, I am deeply committed to embracing and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in our workplace. I understand firsthand the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can bring their true authentic selves to work.

Valuing DEI means recognising and celebrating the unique experiences, perspectives, and contributions of all individuals who identifying within a marginalised group. By fostering an inclusive workplace, we send a powerful message of acceptance and affirmation, ensuring that all employees feel respected, valued, and empowered.

Embracing diversity within our organisation brings numerous benefits. Firstly, it cultivates a culture of authenticity and openness. When employees feel comfortable being their true selves at work, they can fully engage, contribute their best ideas, and build meaningful relationships with their colleagues. This, in turn, leads to increased collaboration, creativity, and innovation.

Additionally, an inclusive workplace enhances employee well-being and satisfaction. By providing a supportive environment where all employees can thrive, we reduce the stress and anxiety that can arise from hiding or suppressing their identities. This allows them to focus on their work and achieve their full potential.

From a business perspective, diversity fosters a deeper understanding of our diverse customer base. We gain valuable insights into their needs, preferences, and trends, this enables us to create more inclusive products, services, and marketing strategies that resonate with our customers and drive business growth.

We want to live in a world where everyone has a seat at the table and everyone has a VIP invite to the afterparty!

We're only a small business and still have a lot we can do to improve our  diversity, equity, and inclusion commitment. If your have any questions, queries or feedback.

We would love to hear from you.
